Refreshing PSP street racer pours onto shop shelves
The flag’s down and the race is on; Juiced™: Eliminator for Sony PSP hits the streets today. Evolving from its PS2, PC and Xbox heritage, it features extensive customization options, new tracks, new crews and wireless multiplayer racing.
Specialist PSP magazine PURE previously previewed it as “a contender for the best racing game on the PSP” and, after a good stint in the driving seat, went on to award it a mighty 9/10 in the full review.
GamesMaster has already decided it’s “a vastly rewarding racer,” worthy of 80%. Meanwhile IGN has been similarly impressed by its depth and innovation, indicating that “its strengths lie in its original concepts.” One such innovation is the “risk vs. reward dynamic that no other racing game can match,” said Total PlayStation.
IGN went on to conclude: “If you want a compelling and rather open career mode that’ll let you focus on whatever aspects of racing that you’d like, give Juiced: Eliminator a good look.”
