Why can’t I use my newly unlocked Wargear in Dawn of War II?

Some of the new Wargear in Dawn of War II, including the exclusive Wargear Sets, contain items that are initially locked out. This is because some items are restricted by your level.

You will be able to see which items are locked, as they display in a red box. Hover the mouse cursor over the box to see what level you need to reach in the game in order to use each piece of new Wargear.
