I receive an error message when trying to redeem a Wargear code on the LIVE Marketplace. What can I do?

If you get an error message when trying to redeem one of the codes to unlock an exclusive Wargear Set for Dawn of War II, first make sure that you have the most recent Games for Windows LIVE Marketplace client.

You can get the most recent version, here.

Once it has installed, start the new Games for Windows LIVE client and enter your LIVE ID and password to log on. Once in the Marketplace click on "Redeem Code" to enter the Wargear code. The content will now display under your downloads on your "My Media" tab.

If you are using Windows XP, you may also need to make sure that you have the “WinVerifyTrust” hotfix. This is included in the Service Pack 2 update, or can be installed manually from, here.
