Worms: A Space Oddity announced for Nintendo Wii!
It's Worms... on Wii! Coming in spring 2008
As any self-respecting Worms fan will know, this is a great thing. And that's largely because attacks can now be launched with a wide range of gesture-based manouevres, thanks to the Wii Remote. And, as is expected of the series, the Wii debut will also offer the ridiculously entertaining multiplayer mayhem we all know and love.
Worms Open Warfare 2 is released on PSP and DS tomorrow, and as you'll see in our forthcoming review round-up, it's ruddy good; so Wormophiles would do well to entertain themselves with that in the meantime. Gesture-based manouevre fans, on the other hand, will need to stay tuned for more news on Worms: A Space Oddity, as and when it breaks here on THQ-Games.com.
