DS Season Mode

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 for the Nintendo DS has three separate and exciting storylines to play through. Each brand is represented with a unique storyline. Players can choose to be a SmackDown, RAW or ECW Superstar and scour the ever-changing backstage area for foreign objects and training time tokens, which can be used to build up attributes through three unique touch screen controlled mini-games.

Players can spend some time on the weight machine, increase cardio by jumping rope or working out their frustrations on the punching bag.  You'll need that training as the competition heats up on your rise to the top.  If you want more of an edge, use chairs and other found objects to your advantage in the ring.  A well-aimed chair or sledgehammer can work wonders.

Befriend other Superstars and earn their unique collectibles, which can be equipped to further power up Superstars. Do enough for them and they may even become an ally. Then, when things get too hot in the ring, you can call them in to run interference for you. As you travel around the world, you'll experience 18 WWE venues. Lash out at Backlash, show No Mercy and leave your opponent No Way Out! If that's still not enough, you can boost your stats by winning secondary titles like the Intercontinental Championship or the United States Championship. Just don't forget to keep your eye on the bigger prize: winning the World Heavyweight Championship, the WWE Championship or the ECW Championship.
